Now that I'm presumably (k, totally) infactuated with LEGO trains....

Where is the best (read cheapest) place to get add'l track?

If you ever make it to St.Jacob's LEGO Outlet store outside Waterloo,
they sell track. I know they have straight and curved, but not sure if
they have the cross or switching tracks. I bought 2 boxes of straight
track there a week ago. They charge $18.99/box (8 tracks per box).
Straight track is not readily available used, but most people have
excess curved track, and you can find that used quite easily.
Hope that helps a bit. Play well.

great advice Tim....(and thanks for the uploads of the "S" club stickers...)
sounds like we need to have get-together at the Outlet store, and an
AAR* afterwards at Iain's house!!!!**
It would be a great opportunity to see what the country-side is for a
change instead of meeting in Toronto....

* - AAR means After-action Review (army term); basically means we discuss
our purchases and what we've seen during our recon of ST. Jacobs!!
** - that would have to be ok with Iain and his folks....

RTL field trip to St. Jacob's....what do you think???

I'm in!
I would love to get out to St. Jacobs and check out the store.
Can anyone post some specific directions, perhaps starting from the 401--me
thinks we can all find the 401.

Stay safe

Dave
