I've uploaded scans of the Clubcar 'S'.
The first file is the original scan, with some of the plates showing beside
it for contrast. Here's where you can find them:

The second file is editted, hopefully ready for printing, with the grey set
as the transparent colour.
They are both in gif format, and scanned at 300dpi.
