(...) OK, good; I'm not the only one who was sitting starring at the lego. best I have come up with is a (censored -- Eyes Only ) weapon, and I *gasp* opened up the 8475 instructions book to see how lego attaches the stock motors. Ugh. I might just (...) (22 years ago, 20-Feb-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) I haven't given up hope yet--THe last 'bot competition, my 'bot wasn't working at all, even during my first 'bout in the arena, and yet somehow it came together after that... So I'll get home tonite, with my blase mood in tow, sit my heinie (...) (22 years ago, 20-Feb-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: It's the terror of knowing what this world is about

(...) I go through this from time to time. What I usually do at that point is SORT. It helps that my collection is perennially disorganized. Looking at pieces usually gives me ideas. I finally got my Akro-Mils bins! Yay! 66 gorgeous plastic bins, (...) (22 years ago, 20-Feb-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) that makes the most sense. we're all tired cause Jeff E is sucking our lego building spirit. if jeff just goes and scuba dives or vacations in europe, then all is well, if jeff enters a robot, or sorts his lego, I just want to watch TV and (...)   Re: It's the terror of knowing what this world is about

(...) I don't think "dapper" would bother me so much if I knew what it actually meant. To me it just conjures up images of tea and doilies and wafers and everything terribly British. This is where a trip to www.m-w.com is useful. :: loading :: :: (...) (22 years ago, 20-Feb-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: It's the terror of knowing what this world is about

(...) I know exactly how you feel. Its Thursday...competition is Saturday...and I haven't even been CLOSE to where I build stuff. Can I just build a car with no motors, no rcx, no battery box, and just push it around by hand? Bruce (22 years ago, 20-Feb-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Well, good, because all I have is an Iain designed weapon and a Calum mangled half of a drive system. Calum (22 years ago, 21-Feb-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
