  Pole-Balancing Robot
 
While I know a few other people have done this before (even though I can't find anything online!), this is new to me. But I thought I'd give it a go anyway. This is my first attempt at doing a "pole-balancing" robot. It's hard! Suposedly there are (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.robotics)

(...) That's really cool! The video rocked--it's really quite nifty to see a robot trying to adapt in realtime to its situation. Iain suggested we do something like this for rtl13.
