Yes, I just noticed some drivel about that in an article in this week's New
Civil Engineer (which I will scan and post to mediawatch soon)- it appears
obvious to me that Tony Kettle's model would work but I'm going to build it
tonight to check. - I think there's an anti-Lego / pro Meccano lobby
somewhere who don't want to admit the power of the brick. (But I don't
intend to open old wounds over it!)
