Weird. For me the reaction was opposite. The LEGO set looks nothing like
what I imagined from the book. Although many of the other sets/scenes from
the movie seem to be well presented.

The book.
As well, there is no published connection that I know of between the movie
and the LEGO sets. There is no reason that they couldn't have been
developed independently. However, while we know for a fact that Rowling
gave her o.k. on many parts of the movie, it's hard to imagine she had such
a close connection to the LEGO sets. I find the LEGO sets hard to reconcile
to the book. They look nothing like what I imagined. Unlike the movie,
which is amazingly close to the descriptions in the book.

The train is perhaps the closest to realizing what was described in the book.

Make them come first in what way? You lost me. :)

Again, I'm not sure that there was *that* much connection between the film
and the LEGO sets. If there is, then I don't think it translated very well.
