One small savings possible is that you do NOT need to jumper the outside
rails! (think about it, they run through) So you can get away with a track
power connector that connects to just the two inner rails... depending on
whether you have more connectors or more straight wires, you either connect
it to another connector or to a central power bus (on a DCC layout, you
power everything except reversing loop isolated segments from one central
power connection)
