I am. I spent a chunk of time over the holidays working on my block eating
mechanism. The rest of the robot is coming along. 8x8x8 is kind of small, but
not unrealistic, even for a dual RCX robot.
Dave: What is the maximum gap in the joint between the halves of the playing
field? Could we put tape over the joint to smooth the transition a bit? In the
interest of simplicity, I want to know if I can get away with dragging the stack
along the floor.

| (...) Hey Rob, We're going with the 8x8 field, not the 4x4. I dunno how smooth the joint is on the 8x8--I think the center part is good 'casue it's got the piano hinge under it, but out to the edges, where there's no hinge, there's a bit of a lip. (...)
