Personally, I'm still at a loss as to why the top mark exists. It's a shame,
because having the mark only makes it harder to score. The Judge will first
have to watch the top mark, then (in most cases) the lower mark, for each (both)
robots.
The upper mark really doesn't add anything.
But, hey, what do I know?
