Usually what I try to do is make the vertical axis on which the castor pivots as tall as possible, so the moment on the axle is reduced as much as possible (else it binds). I like the idea of having Vending Machines in March for two reasons. I think it will fit well with a library sponsored event were we can show off lots of different robotic designs. Calum, If I understand the goal of the vending machine idea correctly then I would think it would be ideally suited for the event sponsored by the Library. It may be a good idea to start with rtl13. What event would work best in the library setting? Then, decide on rtl12. It doesn't seem like Trebuchets would be good IN the library.
