Re: Legends Club Car comments )Bunnies(

(...) Sigh. IE's asleep at the switch. :) (...) I'm grimacing too now, but thanks for sharing-it's actually rather interesting. The two section head is really rather novel. Damned creepy though! Calum (23 years ago, 26-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Legends Club Car comments )Bunnies(

(...) Well, not really all that unusual! Many of the Legends came out sub-standard or flawed in some manner. It appears the quality control division were on-lunch when the Legends line came through. ;) --==Richard==-- P.S. What does everybody think (...)   Legends Club Car comments

Hey folks, So I got my Metroliner + 2 Club Cars today, as JeffVW noted, if you order on Monday, it'll often come on the Thursday. They were helplessly stranded on my porch without a signature.   Re: rtl10: Size Restriction?

At the inception we did discuss and come up with a size rule. quite simply the rule is: YOU can make the robot AS BIG AS YOU WANT!!!!!! and you can use AS MANY RCX's AS You can get!!!!!!! this should make for some COOL robots to see.   rtl10: Size Restriction?

I can't quite remember. Did we decide if there is or is not an overall size restriction for the next robotics competition (rtl10)? I only ask, because I'm coming up with a few other concepts I'd like to pursue, but one of them is obscenely large! (...) (23 years ago, 26-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Take that CALUM!!!!

My 2 cents on this: Plates. Plates Plates Plates. Or increase the block height to 3 bricks. My grabber wont work if i use bricks (except w/ 3 brick blocks), although i could redesign it. I dont have a terribly large lego collection, and i still (...) (23 years ago, 25-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: personal challange

(...) Yes, its a new firmware. But if you want arrays, you can do this with NQC. All you need is the new 2.0 firmware, and a relatively new version of NQC. I did some things with arrays a while ago. So, arrays are no problem, even with official Lego (...) (23 years ago, 25-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
