(...) Well, there's a balance here. If we say, you have to use a motor, it rules out a number of interesting little "shrapnel-bots" which use a strategy that is simply to obstruct. Sure, I agree that everything there was a valid entry (maybe not a valid "robot" by my definition of "robot," but we can argue that endlessly), but are the competitions about building an interesting and clever robot, or scanning the rules for (...)
