(...) Works well with 3 bricks vertical offset, 1 stud horizontal. There is also 12 + 24, but that suffers from a similar problem. (...) wierd... 40 and 20 teeth toothed pullies are the same ratio as we use in real life too :) (...) half (...) (...) like (...) to (...) Lego. I didn't have the heart to tell anyone that the reason our AS 206 SP machine has a 3:2 ratio is beacuse of the 24:16 tooth gears used on the original LEGO model.
