Welcome back Mark,
I have a 200 hour per month plan, so if I'm about I tend to just leave it on
and check every half-hour or so. The majority of debate tends to happen in
Australia during M-F 9-5, because people are watching from work as well as
home. The traffic OS is a bit quieter as well.
