I would ask around in .general to see if anyone is willing to be a "drop shipment" location for you. I would not be a good person, as I get too many packages and I wouldn't want yours to get mixed up with mine. But I'm sure someone would be willing! (...) Not necessarily. If TLG and the store selling something agree that it won't sell at the RRP (full list price I believe) sometimes they put together a deal on the kit or kits that marks a certain amount off the affected kits. In which case, they (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jul-00, to lugnet.org.au)

3409 had a recommended retail price of $59.95 inclusive of 22% wholesale sales tax. If you remove the 22% tax then add on the 10% tax, surely we can expect a 10% reduction in price or at least that's what the ACCC is telling us to expect. TLG must (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jul-00, to lugnet.org.au)
