Yeah, that seemed to be the consensus on Usenet as well. :-(
This particular machine is an IBM 300PL. But can you just (safely) plop
another video card into a machine like this with an onboard integrated
video system?? If so, then, heck, that's what I'll prolly go ahead an do.
I have a NEC P1150 that I can use with this machine, so the viddy card has
be able to do at 1600x1200 at 16 bit, or 32 bit given enough memory.
Any video card recommendations/good experiences for RHL 6.1? I don't need
blazing 3D speed or anything (games not important on this machine) but fast
block-copies for moving/scrolling windows would really be nice.
