I noticed you're using .Net
So it might actually work on Linux boxes since the Framework is also
available for Linux. See: http://www.go-mono.com/index.html for more
info about a .Net framework implementation.

I've heard about Linux-based versions of .NET, but I don't have any
personal experience with them. It may be very reasonable to port to
Linux -- I think the largest stumbling block will be an accurate
port of GDI+, the 2D drawing engine, which I rely on heavily.

When I am ready to release the program, I'll release the source,
also. Anyone that wants to try to port to this framework, or rewrite
it entirely in another language, is welcome to do so.

Cool, new code!  I'll have to go easy on the Microsoft bashing for
a little while.  By the way, what is .Net anyhow?  I thought it was
the latest name for SOAP (perhaps that explains the XML).

And hey, since TrackDraw seems to import and export .DAT have you
given any thought to making an LDDP plugin DLL build target?  I
suppose that could be done with a small wrapper that just launches
the executable, or maybe does something via .Net, whatever that is.

Oh, another idea.  I also saw Drag N Drop mentioned.  Is that just
for XML data, or could it be rigged to drop .LDR data like ldlist?
That'd be ultra cool.
