| All, I'm shopping for a new PC. My budget is <$4000, and I'm a student, so maybe I can get student discounts? Probably, you'll just want to ignore it unless you're writing a streaming news client or having difficulties getting your newsreader to do something. CHARTER/PURPOSE ===...=== -> (...)
