Yes, Laputa's dub is done, and has been done for a long time. The first
release delay for it was due to Jo Hisaishi wanting to redo the music, then
they were considering a theatrical run after Mononoke, then Mononoke bombed at
the box office, and Disney felt that the US market did not want and would not
buy any more Miyazaki (at least not at the levels they felt would give them a
decent return). Luckily, Disney is finally getting it through their heads that
we want these films. :)
