(...) In lugnet.off-topic.fun, Maggie Cambron writes: (...) Yes, it could be true as I've heard the same rumor. I've also heard that there are still alien corpses at Area 51, so I'm not sure what to believe anymore. Elvis Presley is still alive (...) (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  Re: God(tm)

(...) The preceeding message has been forwarded to devout Scientologist John Travolta. Let's all watch to see how long Dave continues to be 'Staying Alive'. Sheesh!   Re: Help please I realy need help from all of you... no realy I am begging

(...) In all honesty, your post is hard to read. I was going to ask for a translation because I had no clear notion what you were asking. Personalisation is a qualified good, but confusion is an unqualified not good. Go for the clarity. It sounds (...) (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) thank you for the defence. i believe i did punctuate correctly (at least for a semi-conversational style). and i only capitalize for official and formal things. since this is a website for a lego fan club, somehow i feel the formality isn't (...)   Re: God(tm)

(...) I'm sorry Dave!...you're meaning just isn't very clear here...perhaps you should quit beating around the bush and get down to brass tacks...if you are going to pussy-foot around the issue, why even post to this thread at all? I just don't (...) (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  Re: God(tm)

(...) Well, the religion Scientology (which, I state clearly and for the record, is absolutely NOT a wacko fringe cult founded by a hack SF author for the sole purpose of bilking money out of the credulous, the desperate, or the mentally ill, nor is (...) (...) Pitchfork ! Well, not exactly a castle pitchfork, but a big & nasty one none the same. You don't mess with a fig carrying this pitchfork ;) Ray (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  God(tm)

(...) These words strike me as EXTREMELY funny... But then again, what are the chances that some major religion (Catholicism...I'm looking in your general direction!) uses this very phrase in possible litigation within the next 25 years or so?   Re: Snow on them thar hills!

(...) None that I can see. It was very clear and I could see the hills easily, but the only white stuff I saw was buildings. My parents claim they had snow in their field yesterday morning. They live about 3 miles up the road from me, but they might (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sac, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: Snow on them thar hills!

(...) Check this morning, it's much clearer! The hills directly across from me are barish, but the moon is about to set behind them so it still looks cool. But the hills to the north toward Lake Berryessa are WHITE. You must be seeing some snow (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sac, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: UK reunion site - non-Lego - pretty cool

I've gotten in touch with a handful of people I went to Primary School with through this website. £5 per year is really a token ammount of money, that only the equivalent of what, two pints or something. (...) SoCal has snow, too. Just a few miles from me, the glorious San Gabriel mountains are covered in a blanket of snow. Okay, several thousand feet up, but good old Mt. San Antonio (Mt.
