True. I generally tend to think of it as ending there. I used to hate
that next rotrary though. My summer job after graduating high school was
at an office above the Fresh Pond shopping center, and you had to use
that rotary to u-turn, problem was the traffic following route 2 through
that rotary was just as thick and steady.
I did used to comment that I did all my gaming at one end of route 2 or
the other (route 2 continues into New York and ends in Troy, just a few
blocks south of the RPI campus, and MIT is effectively at the other end
of route 2).
