(...) ^^^ (...) For small int values of hamster... we actually used one this way but the hamster died. Strangely enough, CA wasn't willing to send a replacement. :-) FUT .fun (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: Want my car? I want your LEGO

(...) Oops. I actually just looked at it full size for the first time. That was too big; sorry all. And worse than being cumbersomly large, it's a bit blurry. Oh well. I hope you can squeeze another 100,000 miles out of it. Chris (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.people)

Re: Lego desk owner identity revealed

(...) What this "Eric Harshbarger" person fails to mention in his clarifications is that (if what I read is true) he has a math degree! A master's! So, if he DOES indeed exist, then at least according to Larry, he is a Geek. Maggie C. (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: Lego desk owner identity revealed

well... seeing as how I don't really exist... I must warn you that I am able to 'not exist' in more than one place at a time... so tracking me down will be that much harder...   Re: Lego desk owner identity revealed

(...) Well... As you know I went to a NYCnanofest last week. ((URL) was an Erik present at the fest who vehemently denied that he had anything to do with desk building and that he didn't even like Parker Posey, but I think he was just pos(ey)ing. So (...) (...) WHOA, folks! I just sent Lar a not offline today, but I hadn't even read this far in the posts until five minutes ago. This was just a case of misunderstanding. (...) Ye, but only a little bit. I found it much more snide last night when I was tired and grouchy than I found it this morning.   Re: Nano fest report

(...) Wasn't it a Coors rather than a beer? I forget. Maybe a Harp. Some swill or another.   Re: "Jacked" Film Soundtrack Question

Of course, last night after I posted this I kep ton with my search and within 5 minutes or so had found what I was looking for. The song is by Limp Bizkit, entitled "A Lesson Learned".   Re: "Jacked" Film Soundtrack Question

Shaun, You might try posting this in the lugnet.publish.cinema newsgroup... you'd be more likely to get a response there. I do know however that the artist is Limp Bizkit. The name of the song might or might be "Actions Louder than Words". Couldn't (...) (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.general)

  Re: Shop-at-home for Australia

(...) Last November's 2000 U.S. presidential election brought us the phrase "subdued ebullience." I think I'm seeing a new pattern here today: "courteous disgruntlement." Make mine a Guinness, --Todd (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  "Jacked" Film Soundtrack Question
