It might (1) be noted that she was driving with the coffee cup in her hand, in
Michigan, where it is illegal to drive while eating / drinking. And she still
won a lot of money.

| This is OT, sorry. As far as I know, that's actually an urban legend. A very popular one though. But for a more recent and confirmed bad lawsuit story, how about the woman who won a huge amount of money because she spilled her coffee from McDonald's (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)
