I don't normally spring to the defense of BLfHs but in this particular
case, it seems that part of the plaintiff's argument was that MickeyDee
had been warned by a number of different parties that this coffee was a
serious hazard, several times in the past, and had declined to do
anything.

| Here is my 36 lira (about $0.02)... The lady who spilled coffee had to have skin grafts because the coffee was approximately 160 degrees. It gave her MASSIVE burns. When you feel how hot a hot tub is, just remember that they are 104 degrees, about 6 (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jul-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
