Mike, don't you want to get in the attic and spend a couple of hours
drilling holes in the wrong ceilings ;->
It really isn't that hard to run wiring through and attic, I just did it at
a friends house. One warning though, never do it at 2-3 in the afternoon
during the summer. If you can't do that you could use PVC or maybe make a
cool little Lego covering, give you a good excuse to got buy a couple of
those tubs. OR if you made it out of silver, you could buy, approx., 5000
buckets at least, rough estimate. The things you can do with Lego ;->

I'm not sure about most of this..but there *is* a little tool that uses a
modular
line to make a printer connection...they use them at work....
I can't remember the name off-hand, but It converts
parallel ->modular ->parallel so you don't have to worry about sticking
those big Parallel cables through a wall or anything....

Thanks for the info, but the only cable I'll be running down the hall
(and then under the door) is a nice thin cat 5 cable that will run to
the printing/isdn machine.  I need to find some nice tubing or
something to run it through, though, along with the phone cord, so the
cats will be less tempted to play with it.
