Re: Oh please please PLEASE don't make this into a campy movie...

(...) Oh it was definitely campy, but so was the 80's ;) But if it degenerates into something like that Adam West/Burt Ward 2 hour special a few weeks back... I had such a crush on Bonnie (Rebecca MacPherson, iirc) growing up. (...) And at the end (...) (22 years ago, 16-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) As much as I enjoyed watching that show a lot when I was younger, I'd have to say that it was pretty campy already. ...Still, I think of the Brady Bunch movies of being parodies, where Charlies Angels, although it had humor, still was a fun (...) (...) Actually the black firebird, I think, would be a good choice--nostalgic and all that... It's still a pretty good looking car. Though, the Geo Metro... ;) Dave K (22 years ago, 16-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) If it has anything to do with David Hasselhoff it will most definitly suck. If he stays off the screen, it might be ok, but even when he wasn't on baywatch, that still sucked. Do you think they'll use a busted out 83 firebird or update it, (...) (22 years ago, 16-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Oh please please PLEASE don't make this into a campy movie...

(URL) Rider on the big screen... I loved this show when I was growing up and still sit thru repeats sometimes. Don't screw it up like the movie, 'I Spy'. Why is it that when these great shows turn into campy comedies on the big screen? I mean the (...) (22 years ago, 15-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) Some of those pics are great! Note how one uses the latest Escher render, and i think another used a scene from that band's video, rendered entirely in LEGO. I laughed at many. Dave K (22 years ago, 14-Apr-03, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: What would you like to see come next?

Hi Anthony, I agree with Lenny. I think it would cool to have short stories about lesser supporting characters and/or unknown adventures of the main characters. I don't have any ideas right now (now I have to go read your stories again for ideas). (...) (22 years ago, 8-Apr-03, to lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.off-topic.fun)
