Hey Hendo!
Actually, I have this problem all the freaking time. I hear a fragement of
something and I have to find it.
Try typing the lyrics into a search engine, like Google. Use quote marks at
the beginning and end to make it search for that exact phrasing. Often, if
there's something particular about a line, use that one. The more generic
the lyric, the more hits you're going to get. (I don't know if this is what
you've already done).
If you heard it on the radio, try going to the station's website. Sometimes
they have a place you can ask a question, or tell you what's been playing
the last few hours or so.
If it's a commerical, there's a website that I have bookmarked at home that
lists music found in commericals. That's how I found Telepopmusik from that
Mitsubishi commercial. I'll post the site later if I remember.
You could post the lyrics here and see if anyone recognizes them. (I'm
curious now).
And that was completely helpless, wasn't it? Dang.

| I know this is completely off-topic for Lugnet, but then again, I am posting it in an off-topic group, so I'm hoping it's okay. I am posting here, because you are a community I trust, and because I am not so great at searching the internet as some (...) (22 years ago, 17-Mar-03, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
