Usually, you tell me that they should be able to. Usually you say such
institutions will discover such actions are bad - and the market should
decide. I'll ask you again, do you think any school, public or private,
should be able to sack a member of staff for being gay?

If you are accusing me of believing in democracy - than answer is yes.
The "majority" has already decided that sexuality is not a factor when
selecting staff in the UK - an any area of the economy. Our front line armed
forces are the only exception to this - change is expected on that front.
