Which ISTR the english fans started by burning a Trukish flag. Something you
do when abroad is repspect the natives- something the English have never been
good at!

The British reposnse was somewhat in comparison to the German apporach of
satopping ALL SUSPEECTED toroublemakers event without convictions!

I agree also, but it would seem that the England fans are a particular problem.
And it does seem to be a minority according to the news coverage. Unfortunalty
that minority seem to kick-start the majority by crowd pressure...

Don't count on it. I've heard the England Cricket team is very good this year.
(Another whole debate could be started on current cricketing scandals.)
