This also happens occasionally in the U.S. after a big basketball game.
Recently, the police in Los Angeles had to drive back post-game rioters with
rubber bullets. Several vehicles and storefront properties were destroyed or
damaged. This is after L.A. won the championship, incidentally, and doesn't
usually happen on this scale after a typical game.
