While I understand your concern Ondrew, but I have to ask where do you draw the line? What about other violent items made from LEGO, what about MOCs of military stuff? Would you suggest that MOCs like this: (URL) limited as well? I don't have the (...) (19 years ago, 22-Aug-05, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

Hey James, I believe OnDrew's concern, as stated in his post, was specifically with full-scale and very accurate replicas of real pistols and/or assault rifles, not historical vehicles. I'd be willing to be that the odds of a child finding a German (...) (19 years ago, 23-Aug-05, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

I understand your point Dave. I think that its up to the parents to make sure that Brickshelf isn't the first place their kids learn about guns especially if there are guns in the child’s home. Well, with a pair of nunchuks the worst case scenario is likely a bloody nose (perhaps not the wielder's) or a VERY painful groin (more likely the wielder's!). :-D I do not now, nor would I ever advocate censoring anybody's MOC's, but I would (...)
