(...) I agree with you. They shouldn't be punished the same, as their actions were different. BUT that isn't what was being talked about. The discussion was about whether judging by action or judging by intent was more fair. From the original (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
