I think environmental protection and animal "rights" are harder than
defense to privatize. In fact, I think defense is relatively easy.
Probably easier than roads.

| An unlimited democracy with no bounds as to what the majority can decide is indeed flawed. Further, it's unworkable beyond a certain size, and leads to factionalism.
