The brick, plate, and stud heights are different, but the stud pitch and
diameter is the same.

I believe it is Polystyrene, which is harder than ABS so it doesn't fit quite
as tightly (because there isn't that little bit of flex which allows the tight
fit). There does seem to be some variability in tightness of fit from brick to
brick.

Target has been carying the military line, and caried the space shuttle stuff
for a while. Supposedly they will soon be having on-line ordering.
