Is there anyone who has both Kloss and Best-Lock and therefor is able to compare them? I suspect they are very similar. FYI, Kloss is a very cheap clone, I hate to admit it but it says "Swedish design". Even though they are inferior, I bought two (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jan-00, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Alas, the only sets I was able to find on clearance at my local Target were Best-Lock. I'm generally favorably disposed to clones, and at $7.41 for 1000- piece sets I figured what could be the harm? On Sunday I picked up a small MegaBloks Model Team-esque Tank for $9.99. It's roughly minifig scale and with a little modification could have a cool interior cabin. As a seller, I really like Abner ;-) As a competing buyer, its futile. My feeling about this set, is that its a knock-off, like Mega Blocks or Tyco.
