Addendumboy, am I a knucklehead. The Dragon does have a cluster of four studs at the middle of its back, exactly positioned for a minifig to sit upon it. This is from the Dragons: Metal Ages series, continuing the line of Dragon Eggs that weve seen before (but now better, IMO).
