They aren't in many 2003 sets, but there should be some lingering kits
available.

Set 9747 has two of them in trans-dk-gray for $19.99

I also own them in opaque dk-blue, trans-yellow, and possibly possibly trans
dk-green.  There may be others I'm not aware of, but in any case these
latter colors are rarely found in retail stores any longer.

(...) is possibly available in two forms -- one with the canopies described by Dave! and another with a very different, yet extremely cool, two piece canopy that is more curved. The latter canopy is as is seen here, this time in trans-black: (URL) (...) (22 years ago, 13-Feb-03, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)
