(...) John, How is it that the 5563 is dumb but not the 5571? The 5563 is based on a two axle cabover design. We have one sitting outside my office. The only problem is that the rear wheels should have 2 on each side. This same problem is present on (...) (25 years ago, 24-Sep-99, to lugnet.modelteam)

(...) I haven't bought it yet, but the wheels definitely appear to be the same. It actually doesn't look like the good deal that Model Team sets usually are.
