When I first heard a rumor about this, I was thinking “No, they’re got it
wrong, Mega Bloc (*hack*) has the license.” I’m guessing their license
expired or Disney cancelled it?

I think the Pirates of the Caribbean deal between MB and Disney was a one time
deal.
