I agree, your's would be a much nicer fix.  I was thinking more along the
lines of bending eBay's current rules, rather than waiting for them to
change.

Ebay's volume can't be beat. But allowing for extra choice would be a
step in the right direction.


eBay's volume speaks for itself. Enough people seem to be happy with it
(inferred from the volume) that eBay seems to have little incentive to
change their system.  But can the system be beaten? ...tweaked?   ...worked
around?
