I think the main problem was that eBay changed the defaults when listing to
automatically add the billpoint logo to the auctions of everyone who had
ever opened a billpoint account.
This would mostly effect those people using bulk listing tools, who would
not know about the change and thus have billpoint logos added. If you are a
paypal user, this can cause you to lose your 1.5% cash back on purchases
with your paypal card, since it requires that you use ONLY paypal for your
auctions.
I was not effected myself since I don't list alot of auctions and do them
manually, where you can changet he defaults.
I must say, however, that I was getting rather annoyed with paypals
continuous e-mails on the subject...
