Depending on your processor, this actually is a common practice. Brickmania
does not. DYA does not. Those were the first two I thought of.

TO the person who said don't do it... Scott should make it a user option to
retain or enter each time. That's the big league way to do it. Offer the user
options that let him tailor his experience to his preferred way of doing
business. That makes the don't person happy and the do person happy too.
