You can't help but feel a little guilty. If I noticed the mistake at the
store, I would have probably pointed it out. However, they would have probably
said it's okay, you can keep the difference. $20 is nothing to a major chain,
and mistakes are rare. I've had these problems with S@H, when they send me the
wrong item. I call them up, they let me keep the item and send me the right
one. To them, it's no big deal, they are huge companies. I run a company and
when the very rare mistake is made, I don't mind. It was the fault of my
company, not the consumer, and I should not have to inconvience the consumer
for my company's mistake.
