I ordered 2 x 8735, 1 x 8445 from the UK on Jan 18. The account status showed Credit Card Hold for 10 days, then In Progress for 3 days, now finally it has just changed to Canceled. Did you fill out the little BizRate survey after the order? If you did and you gave them your email address, you should be getting the follow-up survey pretty soon.
