The crux of the matter is that the return policy is for people who want to *return* something, not get the best price for it. If their policy was refund the difference then (...) Hehe, GOOD LUCK. The Target I wiped out of 4561s this morning has had them for $78 for WEEKS while all of the other Targets dropped them. I called yesterday, mentioning that the Target not 10 miles from them had just dropped their price to $32.44, (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Last year they finally dropped the price on the big Adventurer set a few weeks after everything else was gone so I'd best keep checking back. (...) Woo Hoo! I just received an e-mail from my parents that they picked up two 4561s at Target for $32.44 each (to add to the two I paid $78 for when I was out there at Christmas).
