Some are, some aren't. I found out at my local Wal-Marts that one had blown a
whole bunch of stuff (including Oasis Ambush, grrr) out for a buck or so apiece a
week ago--and at that price they go in a matter of hours, I'm glad that I got
there early last year. The other, however, is following this pricing structure
(with a few notable exceptions--Cyber Slam sets are still pretty high, Ninja
Surprise is still $8, and Mummy's Tomb is still $22)--but the prices on the
shelves, with tags marked today, were much higher. It pays to scan!
