  Alpha Team 2002

(...) Tell me more about the AT Navigator and ROV. Number of parts, interesting parts, etc. It has the Cam figure, right? How many pieces in the $5 Alpha Team set? (23 years ago, 9-Dec-01, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.year.2002)

New Sets Report: New Jersey, USA

Hi, I visited two TRUs along the Route 1 corridor in central NJ today, and found that they have a fair number of 2002 sets now in stock, whereas four days ago they had nothing. I picked up the following: Ewok Attack 7139 $12.99 (This seems to be (...) (23 years ago, 9-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.starwars)

Free Jack Stoned Video from Zainy Brainy

Hey Y'all: Earlier this evening I stopped at a shopping mall in Foster City, CA. The Zainy Brainy store had free Jack Stoned videos -- dozens of 'em. In case you want them, try there... -- Hop-Frog (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: TRU Instore Sales?

(...) This is nationwide. They've been at $30 at TRU for approximately 2 months now. Snatch them up while you can because they are disappearing quickly. -Dave (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  TRU Instore Sales?

Has anyone else seen in store sales at TRU? I found Droid Developer Kits for $30 and snatched them up. No other sets were on sale. I was just wondering if this is nationwide or just plain luck. James (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Very unamused about latest Amazon.com order

(...) You may have a good theory there. I've never had a problem before and I'm somewhat relieved that it doesn't seem to be a widespread holiday-rush-cut-corners policy. They did contact me and offered to replace the items at no additional charge. (...) (23 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.market.shipping)

Re: toysrus.com - now selling Lego S@H sculptures

doh! Silly me, I didn't notice that. I'm glad I didn't order one now - ordering a Statue of liberty and receiving a minifig scul;pture instead! Richard.   Re: toysrus.com - now selling Lego S@H sculptures

(...) Actually, they swapped the pics for the Minifig sculpture with the SOL sculpture. The prices seem accurate once you take that into effect. You may have to argue with Amazon/TRU about their representations if you really want it at that price, (...) (23 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: toysrus.com - now selling Lego S@H sculptures

Yeah - I have just noticed the the Statue of Liberty is priced at $150 at ToysRUs.com That's $50 off the $199 S@H price and as stated, it looks like S@H have discontinued it. This might be the last chance for this kit..... Richard. "Mark Herzberg" (...) (23 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: toysrus.com - now selling Lego S@H sculptures

(...) FAO Schwartz Miami and Bal Harbour have them. Just purchased one today for the $25 mark-out, mainly because S@H has discontinued the item. (23 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
