  Baseplates and Bionicle at TRU?

I went to two different TRU's yesterday looking for the Large Grey Baseplates and Bionicle sets. Well, to my dismay it looks as if TRU doesn't carry the baseplates anymore. All I saw were the roadplates, green, blue, and the large duplo plate. Does (...) (23 years ago, 17-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: UCS Tie $69.99 at Toys 'R 'US - Cheaper at Outlets

(...) Yeah they're $70 here in Cali too. Although you can get it from the Lego Outlets for $50. There are a number of sets - namely alpha team and mars - that have been discounted by $5. sun (23 years ago, 17-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.starwars)

UCS Tie $69.99 at Toys 'R 'US

Just thought I would drop a quick line and let everybody that I saw the UCS Tie in the Toys 'R 'US here in Plattbsurgh, NY for $69.99. Don't know if any other stores will have it, but here is a heads up. Nate (23 years ago, 17-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Free LEGO Games (Software)

I wouldn't count on it. I actually got one from Shop-at-Home which came without the King minifigure -- the "free set included" marking on the box was covered with a snazzy sticker telling me about multimedia hardware needed. It appears that at some (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Free LEGO Games (Software)

Okay, I understand the deal. My question is: you guys would actually buy this software at that shipping price? The only such software that might be worth it would be the Chess set for the king mini, if it could be verified that the set still (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Znap Helicopter 3552 $5.99 at Ross

You know, the one with the motor and battery box. The ones at my local Ross were pretty ripped into though. YMMV. Maggie C. (23 years ago, 15-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Harry Potter Castle

If anyone is looking for the Harry Potter Castle, I found them at a Mall kiosk. The Outlet store (try "flagship store") does not have *any* HP, but the small mall kiosk has them all including the big set. Go figure. KL (23 years ago, 15-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Free childs Legoland season pass with purchase at TRU

I am in the San Diego area for business and I noticed that the local TRUs have a deal where if you buy $29.99 worth of Lego they will give you a coupon good towards a free childs season pass at Legoland. Is this at other TRUs around the country, or (...) (23 years ago, 15-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Free LEGO Games (Software)

FYI, if the "Get it Now" link doesn't seem to work for you (just returns you to the same page), click "Get it Now", then click any of the other individual titles, which will take you to the shopping cart.   Re: FOTW: RIS Expansion Kits at CompUSA, $9.88 each

My CompUSA has Turaga for $10.28 each! Yikes! At least that's how they're marked. I was not about to test it. They are the only store where I have seen anything less than total sell-through of Bionicle figures. (23 years ago, 10-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
