  Re: Lousy Bradlees Experience

(...) I actually had the same problem at a bradlees in NJ. It was about 5 months ago, and the set was 6755. I took the item up to the checkout, but it came up not on file. Manager called. I made them an offer of $20, but he said that he had to go (...) (24 years ago, 30-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Ames 75% Star Wars LEGO

This was already posted on FBTB, but I didn't see it here. The sale is 75% off the entire stock of Star Wars items sold in the Toy and Sporting Goods departments, and runs through June 3rd. However, the sets haven't been coded to come up 75% off (...) (24 years ago, 30-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Lousy Bradlees Experience

(...) Only the ones I left on the shelf! (...) This is terrible. I've never yet encountered a Lego set not in their computer. Even last July I was buying 1995 sets at my Bradlees. There must have been a recent flushing of the computer. However, I (...) (24 years ago, 30-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Lousy Bradlees Experience

(...) Bradless is one of my favorite stores for general shopping after K-Mart. The selection at most leaves a lot to be desired, even during holiday season. However, as to the old sets you mention, this has been good to me. I once bought Lego set (...) (24 years ago, 30-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Lousy Bradlees Experience

Hi everyone, Just a heads-up regarding this overpriced and underserviced chain on the East Coast: 1) They're liable to have some REALLY OLD sets in their stores, some that will give you veritable palpitations just holding them in your hands (...)   New sets spotted at TRU

You guys may want to check your local TRU (Toys R Us). Although these new sets are not yet available online, they may be in your local store. On the tip from Ashley Glennon, I went to the TRU in Lincoln, Nebraska and saw these new sets: 7181 tie (...) (24 years ago, 30-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Brickbay Temp URL Available

You just start LDLite from a command prompt, with a -MS option. MS is for "Mode Save". Something like: c:\ldraw\ldlite\ldlite 3001.dat -MS (assuming LDLite is installed in c:\ldraw\ldlite\) Steve (...) (24 years ago, 30-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.cad)

  5561s for $24!!

And you'll never believe where they cost $24...FAO Schwartz! That's right, $24! I though there had to be something wrong, but all the five or so they had were $24. I'm not big on parts, and I have the set, so I didn't buy any. They also had the old (...) (24 years ago, 29-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Exciting finds at Toy Liquidators aka KB Outlet

(...) Didn't see any of this set that I remember. That's almost a decent price, but nowhere near the discount that I got on the other sets. And I don't like Ninja stuff anyway except for parts, so the minifigs do me no good. (24 years ago, 29-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
