Anthax will do that to you. And extremely bad management. What manager
wouldn't want a job that pays you a huge bonus for losing money.

Unfortunately, layoffs may be to blame. Staff has been cut considerably to
make up monetary shortfalls.

It may take longer now because the USPS is not in control of dispatch and
delivery times. FedEx now controls the Air Mail Facilities and they have
there own schedule for shipping packages. If you live in the country or
small towns far away from major citites with FedEx distribution centers, you
may be waiting several days for packages.
